Follow below steps carefully :
1. Go To Facebook. Login to your account
2. Go To your own profile and open profile picture album.
3. Select picture which you want as second profile picture.
4. Open that picture and copy FB ID of that picture.
5. Now go to your profile , hover mouse over your profile picture and click on Edit Profile Picture and select Edit Thumbnail.
6. Now a new POP-UP window will open, now click on that Thumbnail and select Inspect Elements.
7. Now codes will shown at bottom , scroll down and find <form action=”https://upload.facebook.com/save_square_pic.php , Expand this code.
8. You will find name="photo_fbid value=""548952364578548" , now change this image code with earlier copied code.
9. Now click on save button of Thumbnail. You are done successfully. Check your Profile Check below image.
